We conduct a thorough assessment of each candidate's potential earnings, leveraging our extensive 20+ years of experience to formulate precise forecasts. If the forecasts do not indicate favourable outcomes, the individual would not be engaged in the capacity of a FocalPoint Coach.
How many hours should i work in a week ?
At FocalPoint, we empower our coaches to tailor their working hours to best suit their clients and personal lives. This ensures a perfect work-life balance without any sacrifices. For newer coaches, during the first year, there may be slightly less flexibility. However, even for those starting out, a four-day work week is entirely achievable, affording you the freedom to thrive both professionally and personally.
I am a consultant/ coach. Is this for me ?
At FocalPoint, we have our set of coaching systems that takes 20 years or more for most coaches to build. If you're an established coach with your own successful system, you may not need FocalPoint. However, if you're interested in collaborating and see value in our marketing and support, feel free to apply. We're also open to discussing investment-based entrepreneurial opportunities.
